We have a comprehensive rangeland soil and water quality monitoring program. Our goal is to understand spatial and temporal patterns in hydrologic flowpaths of soils and their connectivity to streams. We are trying to document mechanisms of contaminant transport from terrestrial to aquatic systems and assess impacts of grazing on water quality.
